Gute, ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet. 20 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof, 5 Minuten zur Alster. Viele Essen Option in der Nähe. Gutes ruhiges Zimmer. Sauna im Erdgeschoss. Frühstück am Wochenende überlaufen mit Wartezeit, das muss optimiert werden da es eigentlich genug Platz gibt. Personal Freundlich, Wasserspender am Empfang.

Hello, As a feedback from my stay at your hotel for four nights. I have nothing else than very positive feedback to give to this hotel. I had a very comfortable stay in there, everything was functioning very well and all the hotel staff with whom I interacted, were professionals and had a very positive and client-oriented frame of mind with them. My stay at the Crowne Plaza Hamburg - City Alster was absolutely superb. From the moment I arrived, the elegant and professional atmosphere was noticeable. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic view. The location is also ideal for both enjoying the beautiful Alster lake and accessing the city center. It’s the attentive service and premium amenities that set this hotel apart. I felt thoroughly pampered and would not hesitate to return for another luxurious stay.

Staff is polite, room and hotel are clean. Rooms were cleaned with fresh towels, beds made and tea and instant coffee replenished. Did not make use of gym, sauna or food, but these are all available.
